Julie Lynn Dobson, LMHC (License #MH4336) received her MS Ed in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Miami in 1993. Ms. Dobson has worked in community agencies and private practice providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy addressing depression, anxiety, anger management, self-esteem, and women's issues. She emphasizes the balance between the appropriate expression and release of negative thoughts and feelings and the mindful practice of positive thinking and self-nurturing.
